 Summary of the previous part:  Federal investigator ZIMMERMAN and commander ADENOER of GSG9 went to inspect the armored truck that had been used to transport the gold bars from FRANKFURT to BERLIN.

The truck was at a garage authorized by the Federal Bank for repairs on this type of truck.

While asking questions about the vehicle, they are surprised by the attitude of the mechanic, a certain Peter JULLSKY, who takes care of it.

Shortly after leaving him, they consult his criminal record. They discover that he did three years in prison, 20 years earlier, for having made up cars.

Being the only suspect in this investigation for the moment, the two policemen decide to keep an eye on him until investigators from the KriminalPolizei of Frankfurt arrive to replace them...

When all the employees have left the garage, a pick-up truck arrives and enters the garage parking lot. It parks immediately, in reverse, in the box where the armored truck is. Two people get out.

Jurgen ADENOER recognizes one of them: it is the driver of the armored truck that he had seen in the afternoon on video surveillance.
